Body Mind & Spirit Learning Alliance was founded in 1995, by Dianne Boos, NCMT and Cathy Connelly, NCMT, to fill the need for a more comprehensive certification program. Dianne and Cathy understood that there was more to bodywork than basic technique. They wanted their graduates to excel. Knowing that the Body , Mind and Spirit must be viewed as a whole, their forward thinking curriculum was designed to embrace both the technical and the spiritual side of massage. Johnnie Adams, CMT, the current owner of BMSLA, continues to uphold the standard of excellence.

As a graduate of BMSLA and a colleague of Dianne Boos and Cathy Connelly, Johnnie holds true to the same ideals. He believes in a holistic approach to bodywork, balancing the clinical with the spiritual. New massage therapists are taught in a nurturing environment to help each student reach his or her full potential.
